Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
- 1 cup organic virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter (with less than 5 grams of sugar)
- 2-3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sweat Leaf Stevia drops
- Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
- Chopped pecans (0ptional)
In a medium saucepan melt the coconut oil and peanut butter over low heat.
Stir in the cocoa powder.
Stir in the pecans
Add stevia to taste
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into silicone candy molds.
Freeze until the mixture has set.
Remove from molds and store in the fridge.
